District ITS announced that Gemini, NotebookLM, and Workspace Studio are now officially enabled for all Maricopa faculty and staff.

Gemini is Google’s generative AI assistant for chat, writing, brainstorming, and content creation. - NotebookLM: notebooklm.google.com
NotebookLM is an AI-powered research and synthesis tool that works from the sources you provide. You can upload documents such as PDFs, Google Docs, and Slides, then use NotebookLM to generate summaries, study guides, FAQs, and source-grounded responses with citations. - Workspace Studio: studio.workspace.google.com
Workspace Studio is a no-code automation tool that allows users to build “flows” across Google Workspace applications such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets to help streamline repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
